New Shows Debut at Disneyland®’s 70th Anniversary Celebration

Isn't it exciting that the Happiest Place on Earth is kicking off its year-long 70th Anniversary celebrations? They've introduced some amazing new shows and attractions! We were super excited to join in on the fun and magic, so we headed to Disneyland® Resort on May 16 to be part of the opening festivities celebrating seven wonderful decades of Disneyland®.

Disney magic sprinkled in every corner.

We captured our favorite moments: trumpets, colorful floats, parades, light shows, and fireworks. Nothing brings fun and magic like the Happiest Place on Earth.

New vibrant shows are debuting: “World of Color Happiness!” offers a fun Disney and Pixar journey, while “Tapestry of Fun” showcases Disneyland®’s iconic moments in a stunning animated mosaic.

Mickey sent his trumpet boys for a welcoming show…

Disneyland® Resort surely looks spectacular during the daytime. But its evening glow is just exceptional.

A vibrant nighttime parade features large illuminated floats with characters from a beloved animated series. On the left, a character resembling a tiger and another in blue wave to a crowd. On the right, a character with wings sits atop a glowing float made of circles with colorful lights, creating a magical atmosphere. Spectators line the parade route, enjoying the enchanting display.

Paint the Night is returning to bring lights and colors to Disney dreamers of all ages. And our beloved characters made the night even dreamier.

World of Color Happiness was a fun-filled journey - made us sing, dance, and tickled our emotions all at once.
